Trailer:

With large decays, size, and infinite tails, Selene can easily do huge spaces and that's what it naturally does.

Selene Full provides 4 Shimmer modes including a moon-shattering -12, weird tritone modes because 6 + 6 = 12, and the regular octave up. All using Inner Pitch engine.

The HQ button is more useful for short tails and realistic spaces, that Selene is actually able to do thanks to the damping EQ, if you are so inclined.

Hidden secrets:
What makes Selene particular are some internals such as:
  • Internal Dynamic Diffusion: have more diffusion on transient events
  • Internal Tank Compression: internal compressors that compress tail. Avoidable with negative Drive.
  • Tail is deessed.
Such counter-measures enlarge the sweet spot, like in other Auburn Sounds plug-ins. To further the palette, Vintage knob and input Drive give eventual boxtone for more character in the mix.

I can only recommend to give it a try for 5 minutes; yes even a Tuesday.

Pricing:
Selene Full MSRP $38.67 is discounted 51% to an incredible $18.95 until 1st Dec 2025.

Are the other Auburn plugins now completely compatible with Mac Sequoia 15.4? I've downloaded the "quick fix" versions but saw in October there was supposed to be final versions ready.

Post

All are compatible yes, just use the latest builds. Not sure about the macOS 26 status.

For the depreciated plugins Graillon v2, Inner Pitch v1 and Panagement v1 users, we had to unbury the code, and provide compatible builds for Full customers only.

Great. Renegate is such a wonderful plug in.

Yay!

I purchased it without demo-ing. If I had seen that preset window I would have passed. Ew. What's up with that?
Really counter-intuitive.

Auburn Sounds? Insta buy, don't even need to know what it does, or if it even does anything.

Lovely reverb that does the thing I want most in Reverbs and that is being able to hear the damn thing!!

Can get very big. Nice intuitive controls and all the features you could really ask for in a general reverb,

Sadly, CLAP version does not show the interface on Linux (Ubuntu 24.04.3, with XFCE) under Bitwig 6 beta 4. VST3 version works ok.

I have had same problem with other plugins and sent you an email 10 days ago but never got any responses. I understand why now, you have been busy ;)

Anyway, let me know (in PM, if needed) if I can help you get to the root of the problem.

Post

Hello this problem is often reported to us (CLAP + Bitwig) but AFAIK it's a Bitwig issue of not following the CLAP specification to the letter vs other DAW. Regardless it will probably be fixed end of year. You can use VST3 in the meantime.

No worries, thank you 🤗

Does the gui scale up for 4k high resolution HiDPI screens?

YMMV of course, but I for one and most users I would think, like the preset system and
appreciate the attention to detail and work that went into it.

It's not like there's a massive number of presets to keep in order.

I think it's awesome :tu:
