now, apparently working again the promotions page states I have redeemed all my products but one - so I have only one activation slot left over when I have registered less than half the items so far - precisely because the site was unable to handle that during the weekend.

anyone else got this? genuinely curious.

Same here, upon refreshing the page, all but 1 pick are showing as redeemed. There are also only 30 picks showing in total, not the 49 currently in the Group Buy. Given that the Product Manager is still not working for me and the site is only working intermittently, I'm pretty sure this is just another sign that things are still messed up at IK's end.

When you redeem it, a new one pops up.

It's tedious and annoying. I constantly got server time-out errors. I did a few and then gave up.

I have a related question: does anyone know whether any of the Max-only pre-V6 T-Racks plugins are worth upgrading to V6? I still have a few unused slots left.

I am not sure if you'll agree with my comments given that I may accidentally opted you out of the "serious" guitarist category AND you don't share my enthusiasm for Tone X. However stepping into a pile has never taught me a lesson. There were two Max versions released pre T-Racks 6 as far as I know so some of these may not apply to your question.

I really like the tapes. All of them seem to impart something that I like and I go to these before the UA tapes that I own.

Tape machine emulations: Tape Machine 24, Tape Machine 80, Tape Machine 99, Tape Machine 440.
Comprexxor - seems to have more character in some settings the the Universal Audio official emulation.
T-RackS Leslie (rotary speaker emulation) - a one off but if you'll use it sounds great to my ears.
Sunset Sound Studio Reverb - a nice space
Dual Spring (a vintage spring reverb module) - I'm a sucker for springs and this one goes "boing" when click your mouse on the virtual springs. Gotta like that.

Anyone know if the T-Racks modules (purchased individually) are supposed to show up in the IK Product Manager? I haven't tried downloading anything given the situation. I got T-Racks 6 Pro and redeemed a couple of modules not included. They registered but don't show up. I have the serial numbers so I'm not concerned other than a potential headache if I have to deal with support later.

If I did my math right, I can get all of the Amplitube and theT-racks stuff (to get it to MAX), and whatever's left I guess will go into Tonex and/or MODO Bass.

No. They show up in the Modules Manager, if you want to check what you already have and make sure you don't waste a pick. In earlier versions of T-Racks, they show up in T-Racks itself, but in version 6, not everything shows up there any more. You need to use the Modules Manager.

For me everything shows up correctly in the user account (https://www.ikmultimedia.com/userarea/my-products/) and some show up in the IK Product Manager under
"T-RackS 6 PRO"->click on the tab "Processor".

Hi all,

Currently having some issues with redemption slots after this group buy.
I’ve contacted support but not even got an automated reply with a ticket number. Does anyone know if IK use automated replies or is it a case of sit and wait for someone to reply??

I wouldn´t expect much from IK´s support - specially at a time like this. never got them to do anything remotely helpful.

From what I hear IK only shows shows one available redemption slot at a time now to reduce hits on their servers.

Yeah that’s right at the moment.
The problem is that I had 2 qualifying purchases.
So For each redemption slot I could choose 2 freebies.
Now once I’ve chosen and confirmed one my other choice vanishes as well.
There’s a couple of other issues as well. Hopefully it’ll all figure out once traffic calms down
