I really like Luna for mixing. It reminds me of working with a real analogue desk and helps me focus on the mixing workflow. But my goodness, I am having so many issues.
Crashing when committing Wavelab ARA edits. Crashing when enabling a slate digital plugin. Audio crashing when disabling Sonible smart EQ 4. Auto saves start taking 20 secs + locking me out. This is feeling more and more like testing out an early beta release.
I am sure there are many folks out there working with it just fine - I can only share my own experience. I just cant work like this. I'll have to continuie mixing the album in Studio One for now. I really hope they commit a lot of resources to get these issues under control. If this was a rock solid daw I'd be mixing everything on it.

Not here... I e.g. have the issue that when I un-anchor Melodyne, the window-borders exceed my screen dimensions so that I can't close or move the window in any way anymore (and can't properly work with Melodyne either because many controls are hidden). And tbh I really have troubles imagining how that went past beta-testing unnoticed. (happens in Windows 11 and depends on the scaling, so I assume all they would have needed to do is to test various scalings).adash123 wrote: Thu Oct 30, 2025 1:06 pm I am sure there are many folks out there working with it just fine
I'm sure they will get to it though - V1.x tended to be rock-solid in my experience.
