Have they finally made all their installers Apple Silicon native instead of requiring to install Rosetta? Last time I checked only a select few of their large collection had updated that.

The website has a super basic bug. I created a ticket explaining to them how to fix it, and they seemed to have no idea anything was wrong. We'll see how long it takes them to deploy the one line bug fix, probably at least a month.
If you want to nerd out and see the bug, open the dev tools in your browser, go to the Network tab, and look at the "customer-data" request. Currently, the server returns every product you've ever owned, even if the "status" is equal to "inactive", those would be the plugins you transferred to someone else.

I have a problem after the new site update. I bought 200 plug-ins and have been paying a subscription for more than 5 years. Now on my account on their website it says that I only have 54 plugins... When I open DAW, then some of the plugins don't say nits that belong to those 54, and others say subscription because I'm still paying... their support hasn't responded for 7 days.

If you know how to open the developer tools in your browser, go to the network tab, sort alphabetically, and look at the request called "customer-data". That JSON object contains all kinds of information about your licenses, so you may be able to spot a pattern in the ones that have an issue, and relay that to support, who are generally clueless.
If you don't know how to open the developer tools, just google "how to open developer tools in {browser name}".

Days later .. and it's still the same garbage. NI can't even manage to apply a simple fix.hey212 wrote: Fri Oct 17, 2025 4:59 pm The website has a super basic bug. I created a ticket explaining to them how to fix it, and they seemed to have no idea anything was wrong.

Ya, two weeks with no response, and then I got this yesterday, so signs of life at least:
"I can see that the engineers have this task open as to-do. We will hopefully be able to implement this as soon as possible. Thank you for your feedback"

That's a nice way of saying: we don't give a s***, haha.
Pretty sure your one liner is getting rejected, cause it doesn't have data collection in it.

This is really a disaster. I tried what you said, but I couldn't find that item in the developer on Google Chrome. I don't know where it is in Safari.hey212 wrote: Tue Nov 04, 2025 2:22 pm If you know how to open the developer tools in your browser, go to the network tab, sort alphabetically, and look at the request called "customer-data". It sounds like you know how to open dev tools in Chrome, so do that, than follow these 5 clicks in order. Click 3 is important or you'll never find click 4. If you still don't see it, reload the page to rerun the requests.

If they don't have the capacity or ability to respond to the ticket, then I assume they completely disregard the web issue
