Yes, it's in Spectralayers, but not integrated into Cubase.

We'll see if it's available this week

That looks like trolling to me. It is very specific for dates that usually aren't communicated.

I think so.
Steinberg has always released major versions of Cubase on the first or second Wednesday or Thursday of November since 2017, with the exception of the post-pandemic Cubase 12 release in March 2022.

That means we should get an announcement tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, or at the latest next week.

The only version in the download manager was Elements 15, so I downloaded that, and it installed the Cubase 15 Pro trial.
