The sound is very focused, with very little room ambience, for maximum flexibility.
The samples were recorded using an AKG C480B with a hypercardioid CK63 capsule.

I went back to the studio to record new samples and work on a melodic Flexatone instrument with sustained notes and legato.
The result is a new instrument that works very well for smooth legato melodies. ;-)

It's available as a free update (open price - no minimum) and can be downloaded on the product page:

MELODIC LEGATO UPDATE

• 1 new Kontakt preset: Melodic FLEXATONE_Legato.nki

• 12 new long looped WAV samples (48kHz, 24bit)

• User guide with playing tips and Installation instructions

• Kontakt 5.8+ required (the melodic update is not for SFZ)
