Just to clarify, the data that you can access through the dev tools is not exclusively a web issue, it's the same data that will be referenced when you're activating a plugin in your DAW. But ya, certainly doesn't make them any more responsive to support tickets.

I tried to activate a demo of LTL Silver Bullet Mk2 and it just loops back to the activation page after contacting the server. Other plugins work fine so it seems like something is broken on this one (and possibly others).

I did try with PA support but they haven't been very helpful thus far tbh although I'm still going.

Nope, first time I've tried. I think it's something to do with the fact that PA links have changed and the developer hasn't updated it their end but it doesn't seem to have been sorted out.

I find the new website itself to be more uninviting. Looks like a 3rd rate VST discount shop. I miss the reviews and the general format. Unless I'm looking for a specific plugin, I don't have any desire to peruse the website.

This site really needs a way to hide the plugins you own.

Also, the sort price low-to-high is broken... which seems to be a common thing across the internet in general now.

It is quite shit now. The problem is that no one makes their own websites anymore, they just spin up a Shopify template, as PA and UA have both just done.

PA don't allow license transfers anymore even though many licenses were bought when they were transferable so that should be part of the license
