Universal Audio Signature V3 Upgrade, how to buy?

I'm still on v1 (bought a bundle at PB, then upgraded to Signature V1 a few days later directly from UAD when they offered a whole better deal); I'm not eligible at PB (it may make sense because I made my purchase somewhere else...) while the UAD store shows me the full price and no way to upgrade.

I guess I could go write to UAD support and wait for their response... but, unless I decide I want to buy the upgrade, I'm not going through any sales department. There's not much I actually want (even less "need") anyway; so any "friction" / "waste of time" when/if I decide to commit to the purchase is likely to drive me away from that purchase.

I recognise the work and the value of people working in sales, but it seems a waste of time having to ask their intervention on an online purchase process for what's more or less a straight upgrade path.
I guess I'm just ranting... but this is something I really don't understand.

The $99 Signature Bundle upgrade is available to both V1 and V2 owners. Make sure you're logged into your uaudio.com account.

Exactly that. At first I got excited and would probably have bought it. Then I found out I’m not eligible, despite already owning Signature V1, most of V2 and the full Guitar Bundle. Now I’m not even sure I want to spend $100. I’d get six plugins, out of which I might actually want only two or three.

I haven’t written to support yet, for exactly the reasons you described. It’s quite possible that this whole messy upgrade strategy, no upgrade for V1 owners on the UAD site, but one available on Plugin Boutique, though only if you bought your V1 there, may backfire badly if more people start wondering whether it’s really worth saying goodbye to Mr Franklin.

I remember the whole show with the upgrades for V1 from the earlier bundles, it dragged on for weeks and here we go again. I just don’t get it. They make such beautiful, fantastic products, everything so well thought through in Luna and then we get something like this.

Yes it's listed but plugin by plugin, not the bundle.

Send an email to support or wait for it to pop up. I'm pretty sure mine came from AD and the upgrade offer is showing for me – but it may take some time for them to update their user database.

As you have to register the serial in the UAD account to activate the software, it shouldn't make a difference where you bought it.

Here too, very odd as I did buy from them and was offered the Sig 2 upgrade
