It seems that it's only a minority of V1 owners who see the V3 upgrade offer automatically, even if they bought V1 from UA themselves! If you want the V3 upgrade you have one of two choices in this situation. Either take your V1 purchase invoice (whether from UA or a third party) and send it to Sweetwater / Plugin Boutique etc. This should then enable you to buy the upgrade from them. OR.. Open a ticket with UA and ask them to kindly enable the upgrade (It will take 2-3 working days for them to respond, but this should then allow you to see the $99 offer when added to your cart.)

Earlier I saw in the Signature 3 FAQ it said owners of Signature 2 were eligible for an upgrade, but didn’t mention V1. But now I can’t find it in the FAQ, like they removed it.

Perhaps the reason I got an upgrade offer is because I also bought the Guitar Amp Bundle? :shrug:

FWIW, I purchased the Universal Audio Signature Edition V2 *directly* from UAD, but my account was STILL coming up that I did NOT qualify for the Upgrade to V3. In my account I ONLY had the FULL version available when logged in and the Upgrade option was greyed out. I even purchased the Guitar Amp Bundle which should have FURTHER qualified me since some of that is in V3. But I still could not purchase the Upgrade. So I finally got on last night and submitted a support ticket. Today I got an email back that they had "made the upgrade available for me". They didn't say they "fixed it", but obviously that's what they did. I also will note that I have not received an email from UAD with the V3 offer. From the number of similar reports here, I would venture to say UAD indeed has an issue in the system regarding the updates. So you likewise may have to contact support to get the Upgrade you qualify for.

Now I checked : Currently i don't have the update option at UA online shop with my account. I don't see this offer either!
Previously bought v1 in another website. I went to UA support, and the chatbot created a support request for me. We will see how they handle this!

Today received their email saying they made it available to me. So i was able to upgrade.
