How can I record a screen video while remaking a song in studio one?

“When I use an audio interface as my audio device, the screen capture video doesn’t record any sound. People say I should use loopback — how do I do that?”

Loopback is one way to do this on MacOS. It costs $100.
EDIT: I found the manual. You don't need to buy that.

"Loopback" is Mac software, but it's also what Steinberg called the feedback feature in some of its audio interfaces.
Open the control panel for your interface (how you do it depends on the OS) and find this section:
Click that button (#4) to turn it on. Turn it off again when you're done using it. Apparently it can cause some interference or other misbehavior.

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
I hate signatures too.

Change your DAW to System Audio and then OBS etc will hear just dandy.

This made me look up a way to do that with my Scarlett 2i2 interface.
This is from the manual:
To use Loopback, with your Scarlett.
Open your DAW or recording software.
Create a new recording channel in your DAW and either mute, or set the output to 'none' for this channel. It's important to do this so you don't cause a feedback loop.
Set your recording input of the muted channel to the Loopback channels of your Scarlett 2i2, channels 3-4.
Start recording.
The channels in your recording software receive the output of your Scarlett. You can use other channels in your recording software to record anything connected to the inputs on your Scarlett alongside the Loopback feed.

I use FlexAsio to record screen in OBS. I use Studio One as well.
