I have the SY-1. I prefer it to the sounds of the SDS. However, the main reason that I picked it up was because of the nicely spaced vertical sliders. Like the SH101, it's a nice box to jam with for that reason.

Also, damn it B, why are you cloning the dumb stuff like the "mic" inputs. I'm sure someone somewhere will think that's great, but it just seems weird and outdated to me. I suppose you can now build a vintage drumkit without the original brains, which cost a mint, compared to the pads, which go for peanuts.

I love the radio ads in GTAV that talk about the upcoming ballot initiative for "medical cocaine." That was peak gaming right there.

Damn it E, why'd I forget to vote?

I see someone beat me to it. I can safely say I will be ignoring this release.

It's somewhat interesting. TBH Idon't want any kind of sequencer that's all analogue, so it seems the BQ10 can do MIDI as well (I heard mention of snap to note thing). Useful for actually keeping in tune with everything else. It's nothing I need, but possibly something I could use. If it's cheap enough I think this could be a passing whimsy purchase that just might surprise me, hopefully.

At least it's not a drum machine :tu:

If it was 32 notes I might be interested, but tbh, I control all my synths and modular from the PC, so It would probably not get much use.

Well, I'm not completely there, but, I'm not interested in this either. The arp sequencer is more interesting. I would buy that, in the same format.

I'm surprised they haven't done the DR110 as a £50 unit.

You could have Kritikon's MC202 without an eBay auction...
