Moog Voyager vs. ???

Actually, while undoubtedly a good job, that's too busy for me. I'd like the full LCD plus one set of osc, filter and env controls (plus selectable switches of course) and then a _bunch_ of assignable knobs.

But it's not going to happen, so...

Different strokes. I prefer having everything there that should be. I can imagine mounting three of these across/above an 88-key controller with a custom MIDI processor that allows me to unison them all, set up zones and switches, or allows me to cascade them to have an 48-voice Andromeda

Also the new software editor looks verrrry interesting.

Oh fitch, the sound of your beautiful cello playing alongside a Voyager would be awesome.

Hi, I also have a Voyager. Not much else to say that hasn't already been said here by the other owner that posted, but there is a couple other reasons to own one besides the great sound, build, support, materials used, looks etc. That is, flexibility. You can use your Voyager as the front end of a modular synthesizer. Also, coming up at Namm they're releasing a rack version which while it can be used on its own, Mr. Moog stated its main purpose is to aid the Voyager and make it polyphonic. Now, I many have been able to afford a Voyager, but with everything else going on and all my other hardware, it may be awhile before I can afford three or four of those to make mine polyphonic. The thought is a bit overwhelming though.
