Halogen scales quite nicely; it was probably made with vector graphics. It looks like MAP is also made with vector graphics and I would expect it to scale. I am on the fence on MAP as well. It seems like a great sound design style synth.
I own a lot of their products, and they scale. impOscar 2 was unusable for me due to no scaling, but impOscar 3 fixed that.
