Plug in for Tape Stop effect?

A bit late to the thread, but checkout Sotto Spindown. It's a lot like the plugins mentioned but the UI is better. It's free.

i’ve never in my life wished a company would create a dark mode of a plugin more than with this one. it’s also the only plugin i regularly will try and find another way to do something if im not feeling patient at the time rather than deal with feeling like im going blind the entire time i work with it. and i am definitely not someone who complains about this sort of thing normally but its almost unusable for me because of its gui. its a shame too because other than that, its a great plugin. there’s a lot of crossover with shaperbox but it does offer some unique features that distinguish it a bit

I run my monitor at half brightness, or less, most days. It saves my eyes (and screen) from most things. Even this page here.

Word is they have dark modes on the way. it's anyone's guess as to when they will land though.

I like the tape stop included in Arturia Tape Mello-Fi, which was given away for free at some point. It's also a great "lo-fi-zer" overall.

I still reach for the Kilohearts one most of the time, but yeah, the Mello-Fi is a fantastic plugin.
