Hello,

I wrote now 10 - in Words TEN - Emails via the ikmm Website! First one was a month ago. No answer. I wrote one to the United States too, just to see if there is a response - but nope there is not.
ikmm has literally no support !
is there some way to get help ??
Am I doing something wrong?
I Also never received an confirmation email with a ticket number.

I bought a ToneX pedal on the after market, but unfortunately, I don't have a registration number. However, I do have the receipt and the serial number of the ToneX pedal.
I'm requesting a new registration number.

I urgently need a response.

regards,

b.

Maybe their reply emails don't arrive at your mailer?

Their contact page has a phone number at the very bottom. I had to call it once when they weren't responding and it actually helped get an issue resolved. So if you need an urgent response maybe try calling them.

Welcome to the club. IK's customer support, (or rather lack thereof), is well documented in many threads on this forum and many other pro audio forums. How they can remain in business is beyond me. Oh darn....poor IK is getting "picked on" again.....LOL!!

Good luck on getting help with an aftermarket (used) product. It's probably in fine print on their website about hardware not being transferable.

100%. AFAIK IK is the ONLY company that makes audio interfaces that refuses to host the drivers on their website. I bought an AXE I/O used and because it had already been registered, I could not access the drivers. I BEGGED IK for them but they basically told me to go piss up a rope. I also bought several products NEW and registered them but was similarly screwed by IK. I own Sampletron. If you lose the samples due to a hard drive failure IK actually makes you PAY to download them again. Who else does that?? I also bought a Stealth Pedal NEW and registered it. While I was able to download the DRIVERS, the MIDI CONTROL software does not appear in my user area. AGAIN IK refused to help me with software I needed for hardware that I purchased NEW and was ENTITLED to.

If it was not for the kindness of others sharing the samples and drivers with me I'd be SOL. It's a real shame. They make some good stuff but their business model is abysmal.
