I just finally had a chance to go through and read the chat. You guys are so rad!
Oh yeah, I forgot to say that the black controller that I was using during the performance is a Nektar Panorama P1. I was using it to control the ZOIA pedal. ZOIA was running two loopers, a granular effect, a reverb effect and a bunch of mixers/routers and modulation. Using ZOIA with a good MIDI controller takes it too another level.
I use a Tesseract SweetSixteen to control a ZOIA euroburo.

p.s. I really appreciate vurt asking to have someone text me to turn all the pedals on at once! I would have done it if I could have seen the chat!

8) this!
Yes, it was really interesting and sounds were cool. Informative and entertaining. :tu:

Again, I could not see a chat, or the "click to join chat" button.
hmm wonder if its browser specific? im on microsoft edge.
me and elxsound, plus a few others were there. so the chat itself is working, just seems some cant connect.
I run Firefox. I'll try to remember to switch to 'edge' next time if it doesn't work. :tu:

:tu: hopefully that will do it!

Just FYI, no Patching @ 3am this weekend. I'll be at a family event, so hopefully the video I posted earlier in the week is tiding you over. :D

I may do another video next weekend but I will be performing sets on Sunday the 16th and Wednesday the 19th, so I'm not sure if I will have time. If I can I'll get some video of the performances.

The next Patching @ 3am live stream is scheduled for Saturday November 22 and will feature a performance from Eric Beam (former KVR memeber vieris/Rythminmind).

Nice video! Loved the sounds and lighting effects. I'm very curious how you're liking Evil Pet especially now that you've had it for a bit.

Thanks for watching!!

Evil Pet is exactly what I wanted from a granular processor. It’s very like a cross between Clouds and Tasty Chips GR-1. The modulation system is really easy to use and I figured out most of its functions without reading the manual.
It has an anti-aliasing setting on by default. I think it sounds better with that off but then you are more likely to get clicks and artifacts from pitch changes.
I like that instead of having a dedicated feedback control, it has this Saturation parameter which can be feedback, flanger/chorus amount, bit crushing, sample rate reduction and distortion. I don’t often need feedback in a granular patch, so it’s nice to have those options.

There is a lot to like but I’m still in the honeymoon phase. I’m very picky about granular stuff, so the fact that it’s stuck around for more than a few days is a good sign!

For anyone curious about the video we're referring to, it's this one:

Oh shit, I'm so late to getting this set up! New computer, and so much going on this month... I'm surprised my wheels haven't fallen off already!
