Around five minutes at most. Maybe a bit longer if lots of requests have to be handled at the same time. But not 24 hours.
Some mail services (looking at you, Gmail) have a tendency to completely block our license mails. Best to add our support at u-he dot com address to a whitelist in your email settings, then try to request your licenses again. If the mail then doesn't arrive within a few minutes, and it's not in your spam or promotions folder, please contact our support.

I was hoping for a payment to come through from a client in time so that I could buy the Repro Funkstation dance set. However it did not happen in time for the sale, so I will have to wait for a long while again before i can purchase it.. oh well.. thank you Urs though for having the sale, much appreciated! Last years sale I bought the Sugar and Spice soundset for Hive and it is excellent!
