We're still moving a lot of things around in the UI, and under the hood.
Feature scope wise: Is it still what was shown on Superbooth '25 or have features been added / removed?

A few more modules have been added, mostly utilities and some that took a bit longer to polish.

Did it have the analogue modelled filters at Superbooth?

A lot of stuff that's happening is improvements on sound, speed and making individual features more solid and useable.

Oh, maybe I can share this one. It's not anywhere near the current UI, and it's obviously something that is work in progress. So here I visualised for myself the Modulation Graph that attempts to process modulators in the most optimal order, like, when modulations are circular.

So currently I'm even toying with the idea to incorporate that visualisation as an option to study what modulates what.

I recently re-discovered Filterscape VA and love it, also the Randomizer is awesome for sound design, URS would you maybe add something like this for Zebra 3?

Oh wow.

triggers that thought:
- some folks might wish to have that "Modulators (settings) window" as a own 2nd "GUI-Window".
- dual window mode ? well, would this even make sense ?

can´t wait........ohmy
"Plugin has turned Drug now"....and the business knows it.

Yeah, opening extra windows is one of those long term projects that always seem too low priority to materialise. But I have thought about that, too. Maybe later down the road.

We already have two overlays with insights-purpose: A scope and a "Module Performance Meter". Latter shows a short list of the biggest culprits in terms of CPU usage and a few hints on improving CPU. I'm thinking about consolidating those into a single overlay with two tabs, and the Modulation Graph could be a third tab. And then it could be extended by showing on the right the modules that are targets, and also, maybe on the left, include pure modulation sources like Wheels, Velocity, Pressure and CCs. But the I have to add zoom and navigation... it's getting complex.

I think it had just the standard filters in the different variants. Are those the ones based on what you did for Filterscape? The analog ones - are they based / named on well-known devices or circuits?

Thanks for sharing the updates :)

They're based on certain circuits, and like Filterscape's not necessarily on existing ones. One filter type is called "Impossible" because it's designed around a part that in reality isn't reliable enough to create this filter for real, like, it needs headroom beyond the power rails. Another filter is called "Yellow" and it's loosely based on some actual part.

Waiting this one so much! Just purchased Serum 2 some months ago. But Zebra is still great synth. I am sure, that version 3 will be massive!

Yep, that one.

Mind you, it's a largely simplified model in Zebra 3. It still does its thing though.

Definitely at the end of November now.
No pressure guys!
Just snap tight anticipation.

Working hard to reach our this-year-goal for at least a public beta.

Looking good for that. If nothing bad happens, somewhere around Dec 15 is possible.

Yay!

Urs, I bought my first synth from you in 2014. Ace. I own every synth you've made since. I have been waiting for this for so long I can't believe it's almost here. I'm sure you're going to knock this out of the park.

Thank you, Urs. Have a great day! :-)
