Checked the webpage and looks live and selling, so thought Id ask for clarification. Thanks
The way it is designed is that it scrapes the tags from your own installation of STEAM products. That means that as Spectrasonics move goalposts and change stuff, OmniTag should go with it. As a utility it should be good for a long while to come.

I expected it, and would still love for it, to also "scrape" the Genre tag and sort that mess out.

Here's a document I put together to explain where we are with Omni 3 - https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/gjgz9vad ... k9u4k&dl=0
The long term good news is that Spectrasonics have indicated that they are working on having OmniTag-like thing built in. They have such a headache at the moment with these two different standards, I'm really glad they are facing up to it.

oh that is great news Guy.
though i don't' have nearly the same 'concerns' like you with their new browser and tagging. But would be nice if we both can be pleased.

Yep I have always appreciated the coherent tagging with omni. Becomes habitual
Wouldn't it be great if there was a set standard agreed between all the plugin manufacturers never going to happen, understand why. Just sharing a thought.
