A problem with reseting a GUI size

I'm reaching out for help. For some time now, some plugins haven't been remembering the GUI size I've defined - after restarting the plugin, the size resets to the smallest size. I should point out that the plugin's appearance isn't cropped, but scaled down. This happens in apps like ik multimedia, wa production, and, as I've noticed (!), probably all of them, where the size can be adjusted by dragging the corner of the window. If I set a larger size in other plugins (which don't have the option of dragging the corner) they maintain the settings.
I just want to point out that this is Windows 10. I also created a new administrator user account and reinstalled the plugins—unfortunately, this doesn't solve the problem. Deleting the configuration files doesn't help either. I also reject a viruses.
The problem is clearly deeper, in the operating system itself. Is it possible that a set of libraries is missing? Sometimes I install something, and sometimes something extra might escape...
I can live with it, but in the long run, it's frustrating...
I don't know, maybe someone here knows something...?

What DAW are you using? Seems like a daw issue or a plugin issue. I'd hunt down ini files and see if there's one that lists (default) gui sizes.

I forgot to mention that. Unfortunately, the DAW doesn't seem to matter either – I've tried Reaper and Samplitude, and I use Sonar....
Even now that I've downloaded the full bucket plugins, the effect is the same, so I don't think it's a problem with the individual plugin configuration...

I just tried Babylon 2 (a WA Productions synth) and it works fine here.
W11 using Cubase Pro 13.

I wonder what happens if I press this button...

Monitor resolution and scale settings? I changed mine once and it messed up Cubase and Waveform gui displays.
What IK plugins do you have? I have Miroslav, a lot of T-Racks, Amplitube, Tonex, MODO Bass and Drums. I could check those.

Amplitube opens full screen to me in Reaper/Windows 10. I don't remember if that's the default or I set it there. Not that it should matter for your situation.
It's possible Windows may have messed something up in one of its updates. I remember once an update broke the audio drivers or something, where I couldn't get any sound until they patched it.

Just checked a number of IK plug-ins as well and they reload to remembered GUI size as well.
I wonder what happens if I press this button...

Thanks for taking the time to reply, but there seems to be a problem with the Windows settings. As I mentioned, it's annoying, but I can live with it. If I find a solution, I'll post it.
