Change CC channel, of Parameter

I have a midi controller, I'd like to change the the midi channel of all the knobs on it simultaneously. So if I have 20 knobs, I'd like to change the midi channel for we every knob by hitting like a toggle switch.

I. Assuming I'd need like 3rd party program. To run the midi controller through that then send it to the daw.

I've successfully done this before in energyxt but it was so buggy and kept crashing.

I'm seeing how I should approach this, should I try touch osc editor, I don't really know how to program, energyxt had vst midi utility I could chain the incoming signal

maybe stop the midi signal passing into a particular channel and just rout the CC knobs to several thing but only one at a time? Idk .

Check out manual, there are loads of various features, just about anything you can think of.

I've used it a lot in Bluecat Audio Patchwork and set up various VST instruments and route midi in different ways.
