Hi Bjorn, am I right in thinking the default tone e.g. on init is not altered by any of the parameters on the synth interface and wired straight to the output with no vca controls as the Mac version I cannot seem to produce any different sounds other than the default tone when the slider is set to Synth. There isn't a single control that seem to affect the sound

Wow, this is a surprise! Since this machine (I dare not to say "synthesizer") is so limited sound-wise, I expect some great musical compositions here!

I owned an ARP Omni 2 back in the 80s. I used it on every song I did. It was my favorite keyboard. I'm so tempted to enter this. I did download it a day or two ago and have already used it on 2 songs. But as Bjorn said, it is very limited as far as the different sounds it can make. It's basically a string machine. Still, my love for this thing will probably get me to enter. I'm thinking a string quartet piece. It won't win any prizes but it'll at least be fun to do

If there's one thing about early submissions, it definitely sets a bar: too often, people wait until the end of the month to submit all at once, anxious about how everyone else sounds!
