Help with finding the effects / Deconstruct loop (Save me)

Hi there fellow beatmaker ,
I Came across this amazing Loop (Owned by Mayhem) and i was wondering if anyone can help deconstruct this glitchy arp like texture pattern how its made and effects if anyone has an idea

The trick with this is simply playing it at half speed or even slower then you can start making out the individual notes of the arp.
And there's a "drone" bass note (E) along it
