I'm not sure, I definitely didn't buy sunset reverb when I bought mixbox on one of the deals it was $29 and it came with sunset, I guess they must have changed it later

Hi Peter, seems reading thru this thread that is not the case for all.

Could you have a polite word with the marketing guys, let them know it's not very fair to pull the sunset verbs away from some users. cheers

Correct, the were added later and available as an add-on so they are not included with the version being given away by PIB.

I think in some cases the Sunset verbs were given in some third party sales but not when Mixbox was given away as a freebie on Plugin Boutique

This is what IK Multimedia does.

Syntronik 2 and Sampletron for ex came out 4 years ago and now its been discontinued aswel.

I have their hardware synths and those are half working, support is very vague they know the problem but not going to fix.

Glad im over IK and not buying any products because of their bad support and discontinuing products. Products are good, but they lost my trust completely long time ago and the futher time goes im happy im not buying their products.

Sampletron has been discontinued? That’s my favorite tron. But I already have it so shouldn’t be affected I guess? Just no more updates then? Was hoping for a facelift but I think we can just load the banks in Sampletank and take advantage if updates there right?

I guess we can. Not sure if ST also has the Tape Cassette effect. We could use a lofi tape plugin from another developer instead though.

Sunset reverbs do not unlock with the base MixBox, so if that happened in the past it would have been an error. Lucky for those folks who were able to get them that way, but they are a separate add-on so they weren't pulled it must have been an error.

Damn it!! When the hell dis this happen?!? They also dropped Mixbox as well. Thank god I haven't relied on them largely yet.

Although, I can see Syntronik and Sampletron being born again as a SampleTank library, since it still seems as if they are supporting Sampletank at this point.

Although, I can also imagine them coming back at us with proper, flexibly synthesizer environment like the Uno, but perhaps building on that and offering us something somewhere in between.
