How long is PP on sale for?

If I choose the rent to own option, does that mean that, if I subscribed to this option now, that would be the amount i'd have to pay off via rent to own?

With kiloHearts RTO plan you get 100€ credit for a full completed 12 month circle and you can stack the credits to use only them for i.e. buying Phase Plant...

BUT: if you use these credits you have always to pay the FULL UNDISCOUNTED price on their stuff...
means even if they would put out Phase Plant on sale for 50,-€, if you use the credits from RTO you would have to pay the full 199€!
