Yeah, I decided that neither it nor any of their other things that I don't license are not burning a hole in my pocket right now and I am pretty much at my spending limit. I'm going to wait another year... or not.

This is easily one of the best mono/paraphonic synths to come out in long while imo. This + their minimoog live permanently on my start up template, I really hope UA makes a move towards a multi-timbral polyphonic Moog synth next.
The idea they even put this one on sale is just cool and shows how UA is a much different company then most.

On sale? When? I've seen it for $79 but, seriously, who is paying that much for a monophonic synth? It's not like it would cost more for them to add polyphony, would it? I'm waiting for it to go under $50.

Yeah, that means $99, which is too much. I have less than no interest in any effects plugins, so I'd be spending $99 for Anthem. (I already have PolyMax and Opal, which I got for $29 each.)

Anthem was $29 over Xmas. Sure it will be again at some point.

I didn’t see that 29 sale (but there are so many…), I thought the other older synths went on sale but Anthem was always kept at an higher price.

Anyway, I got it later when I noticed I finally had the upgrade path from UAD Signature (or whatever their bundle is called) v1 to v3 (they eventually sorted the upgrade path without having to go through the sales dept). If you’re not interested in other plugins, it is not a great deal, otherwise it can be reasonable.

I'm pretty sure Anthem has never been on sale for $29. It's only a matter of time until it is, though.

Yeah, I keep a fairly close eye on it and I've seen it go anywhere near that low. When it was $99, I thought maybe I could use a $25 voucher they gave me but it was excluded from that offer.
