Okay, I bought it. I will say this in all fairness. With the new UI, this thing is a joy to program, something Absynth 5 was not. So for me, this alone was worth getting it because I had left Absynth in the dust a long time ago because of how tedious it was to work with.

$99? Yeah, a bit much but IMO, worth it anyway, especially if this is just the start of things to come.

I don’t know about waveform import, but they definitely failed again to expose the parameters for DAW automation. After the Massive X backlash, repeating that mistake in Absynth 6 is unreal. It really proves they’ve learned absolutely nothing. NI.. honestly.. completely hopeless

Personally I'm very pleased we have some great sound designers on board - they deserve to be credited - Absynth is a sound designer's and avant garde composer's playground

Sure, but we have a dedicated soundware section for those posts. Advertising presets, especially about sales! in general discussion threads just clutters everything. In a few days, anyone looking for real info is going to have a hard time

Some people were asking what it sounds like - preset walkthroughs are helpful - in most cases these are factory sounds that they contributed to not add-on sound packs

I agree about preset walkthroughs, not about sales ads.

Can you combine osc signals together, e.g. with ringmod, sync, both, or invert one, etc?

Is the waveshaper module also avaialble as fx?
