What effect plugins do you always put on your synth sounds?

Closest to "always" would be on the mains and that's mostly compression, dynamics and/or EQ.
I generally try to use the synth built in effects as part of their character. Maybe some EQ there and occasionally a granular effect for those that don't have it built in.
Have to add that I do always use Axiom on my Musiclab guitars. Not really a synth though.

Not really any. Sometimes I'll use.... Anything that might sound cool or make things fit together better. I guess EQ is the most common. Followed by delay.
Don't F**K with Mr. Zero.

Almost always:
On the track:
Nomad Factory Pulseteq Reverbs, flat but with just a whisper of presence
IKM 670 compressor with just a blush of compression
Often but not always Nomad Factory Echoes in Oilcan mode with 30 to 45 ms of delay, no repeat, ~30% wet
On the master bus:
Reverb to taste, usually Liquidsonics Reverberate with a large-studio or small-hall sized room
Nomad Factory Magnetics with moderate saturation
The above, except reverb, is to get some subtle warmth into digital synth sound. If I also want creative alteration, say EQ, I'll usually use non-vintage plug-ins, like Pro-Q 4 for EQ.

Usually some delay, verb, eq and compression if needed. I am also a fan of driving the mids a bit with something like ableton roar with a quick envelope follower and if plucky a bit of clipping. Totally dependent on the sound and my aim at the time usually though.

Nothing by default. Something if needed, usually this is EQ. It might be enough or not, depending on the source.
Might add harmonics using fex. Kush TWK etc. but by default? Nothing.
