Hey everyone! I'm back. After nearly 20 years away, I've finally gotten back into making plugins (and coding in general). Wow, here's the big updates:
- I've updated and reworked all 22 of the Tweakbench plugins to C++
- All plugins are now native for AU and VST3 on Apple Silicon and VST3 on x64 Windows
- All plugins are now at version 4.0, and many had significant reworking of internals
- No old presets or patches will work with the new versions, but there are new presets now!
- I've relaunched a new tweakbench.com website for purchases and account management
- Still no DRM, still efficient, no-nonsense wacky collection of plugins
If you previously purchased the Tweakbench Bundle of the 3.0 plugins, email support@tweakbench.com and I'll find some way to get upgrades going. For everyone else, I've created a relaunch coupon code "KVR2025" for 20% off any purchases through the end of the year!
I'm excited to be back, and most excited that I now have a stable cross-platform development setup for making new plugins!

Wow, blast from the past, welcome back!
I *think* I bought a bundle or something so I could download them all in one go..? I'll dig through my old emails, they may have been the first plugins I ever bought...
Good to have you back.

Wow, I did not expect these to reappear in 64bit land. I had most of these back in the day .... were they free or was I just a naughty student who should've known better back in the early 00s ?

I currently just scaled the UI's to 2x for HiDPI screens, but I'm looking into a full visual re-work and part of that will be resizeable UI. JUCE 8 seems to support it out of the box!2020 wrote: Fri Dec 12, 2025 12:56 pm Glad to see Tweakbench plugins resurrected. Any chance these new versions have resizable UI?

I'll be getting lots of changes up and running quickly. Just today I added code signing on MacOS, a pkg installer, and fixed a bug with the website. Also currently working on a RC-20 style vintage plugin as my first fully new design.

Hello, welcome back! I remember your plugins cuz the unique GUI style. I pasted tweakbench.com in google search by accident and you site pops up at the top of the list with the following headlines: "Tweakbench - Unique 32bit VST Plugins for Windows DAW ..."
Cheers!
Cheers!
Stuck in Aperture Laboratories for a 2nd time!
