Are these stock FV presets? Or custom ones with minimal tweaking? Are there any specific parameters you’ve found that allow you to quickly arrive at what you’re looking for?

I have both Room and Vintage Verb and always struggled with them - VV especially. Room was a lot easier to dial in.
Did you like Room from Valhalla? I am always prefer Pro-R2 for orchestral music. It's strange, but to my ears Valhalla room sounds not natural...

I’ve never used Room within an orchestral composition. It has worked well to create contrast between elements, for drums and other percussion elements.

To my ears, FV could possibly replace Room even in this regard.

No, these are presets I simply just tweaked to get what I want.. basically experimenting and learning the plugin.

At $50, and knowing that Sean Costello provides long-term updates for all his plugins, it feels like a safe bet and a good investment. Even though Sean is no longer active on this forum (he's on GearSpace now), I can confidently say it's a great reverb.

After several months of use, I can confirm that this is indeed the best reverb ever created.

how can something be EVER if EVER is endless and the next reverb can be maybe the next EVER reverb? never understood why people use EVER.

"ever" been, not "will ever" be, man. I didn't say "will" so nobody is interpreting that sentence to include the future tense.

Never use future tense when discussing VALHALLA FUTURE VERB

how can something be NEVER if NEVER is endless too?

(oh yeah... because the past-tense of 'understood' or 'created' makes it clear that usage is delimited to prior to the point in time when 'ever' or 'never' was used, rather than some sort of prediction of a eternal future.)

Its a verb I don't care for much. I've been working with it for a while now especially with all the praise it gets but I'm just never happy with it.
I'll take Tai Chi for my clean/modern sound and many many others for a verb with personality.

Could you post a comparison of the two reverbs mentioned for others to hear what you are talking about (clean/modern sound)?
