Lunar Lander is not just a reverb, and it is not just a delay. It is a spatial instrument designed to cover classic studio ambience, time-based effects, and modulation in one coherent workflow.
At its core, Lunar Lander delivers three pillars of sound.
Authentic EMT 140 Plate behavior
The plate engine captures the weight, density, and nonlinear response of a real EMT 140. Input level matters. Push the reverb input, and the plate becomes brighter, more metallic, and animated. Pull it back, and the decay becomes warmer and smoother, with less ripple in the tail, just like a physical plate.

Lexicon 224-style digital reverb
The digital engine is inspired by the character of the 224, rich, dense, and smooth. Long decays stay musical and stable, making it easy to place vocals, keys, and buses without grain or collapse as the tail fades.

Time-based Effects
Flanger, Chorus, and Phaser that actually convince
The modulation section is a core part of Lunar Lander. True flanging ranges, deep chorus movement, and classic phasing with proper feedback behavior and tone shaping. From subtle width to obvious motion, these effects feel integrated, not bolted on. In practice, Lunar Lander can cover roles often handled by separate modulation plugins. Phaser, flanger, and chorus are available from a single interface, often one preset away, making it easy to move quickly without stacking multiple plugins or breaking the signal flow.
Lunar Lander includes a flexible delay architecture, supporting free-running and tempo-locked operation, suitable for everything from tight rhythmic echoes to true flanger-range modulation.
Lunar Lander is built with a modular signal path. Reverb, delay, and modulation can be routed in series or in parallel, allowing classic studio chains or more complex spatial structures without leaving the plugin.

Presets for real workflows
To support real-world workflows, Lunar Lander ships with a large, curated preset library covering vocals, drums, guitars, synths, buses, and sound design. The preset manager supports nested folders and favorites, allowing users to flag preferred presets for quick access and easy library organization.

The delay and reverb are lovely, I am finding the phaser mode a bit too subtle for me
