EastWest Opus choir with WordBuilder seems to ignore the words... any ideas?

Here is a very short video showing my failed attempt to get the Opus worldbuilder to work as expected. I followed the same steps which on YouTube Euan Smith succeeds with. For me it seems to ignore the words it's given and just gives me the same vowel. I get the feeling I might be overlooking some small "obvious" step. I've opened a support ticket with EastWest, but meanwhile, can anyone advise please?

What patch did you load? You have to load a patch that is actually capable of saying words. The Wordbuilder itself is not enough. So you need to make a video showing what patch you're loading. I can't tell from this one.
