Has anyone received their coupon?

We created coupons for 20284 qualifying users, but the emails were sent to 15557 users since 4727 users opted out of receiving emails from us.Criteria for qualification was: SynthMaster One transaction amount >= $5

Did you check your user area?

I checked and there is nowhere any possibility to either opt-in or opt-out of emails. Also no coupon. I received confirmation and license key of Synthmaster One on 10 November at 10.33. Maybe it was included in my purchase of Synthmaster 3 and Producer bundle? It's no big problem, I've got sufficient presets, I was just wondering.

Thanks for the gift. I found my coupon code by logging in, and used it to buy some Synthmaster One expansions and they show up under my licensed products on the website. However, when I do the "restore my expansions", or "restore preset banks" Synthmaster One says that all my preset banks are already downloaded, but I don't see them in the "banks" section of the UI. Is there anything else I can do to trigger the download?

I didn't include Producer Bundle when generating the coupons. I will do that now, sorry for the overlook. Producer Bundle users will get $21 credit for 3 free expansions.

We normally send out email newsletters to all registered users. Inside the email, they can opt out. We use a service for that: www.ymlp.com

They are for SynthMaster One. Strangely they are now no longer showing in the user area of the website, although my coupon is showing as fully used. I did get a confirmation email of purchase showing that I had bought:

Aside the certainly valid discussion about coupons and expansions. I firstly wanted to send a huge thank you to Bulent and the whole crew at KV331 for making this excellent synth available for free. Yet, lets also not forget why all of this is actually happening and maybe also, how each of us could help with the task. With just a small action, a humble gesture of appreciation.

- share the offering with one of your broke friends, struggling to find a decent free synth to make some music.
- share it which your filthy rich mans kid, who owns every commercial synth in the world and thinks there is nothing better than Hive 2 or Serum.
- share the info with one of your favorite music production bloggers or online mag fellows to reach even more people.
- leave a comment about SynthMaster One on your favorite social media outlets, like youtube, facebook groups, discord or (x) twitter etc.
- leave a comment on other music production related forums outside the beloved KVR universe.
- send a short mail to one of your musician friends, who you think might benefit and make good use of it.

I think you get the idea and surely no need to do all of the above, certainly there are even more ways to add too.

So just dropping my 2 cents in general and show some appreciation for this excellent, often overlooked synthesizer.

This is impossible to install, I was given like 20 seconds to paste the serial key and my email address before it timed out, now unable to reinstall it. Pointless.
