And I guess that I have your first question here. Sadly, it may not "really" be a question for you, but I'll ask anyway: In Tracktion Download Manager, when I download the update for MOK Waverazor 2 Editor Edition, for some reason the update doesn't register as being downloaded and installed (though it is.) Do you have any ideas on this?

Hi mate, sorry to reach out here, but couldn't see a contact on the web. I have forgotten my username for the website, I have tried using my email and it doesn't work and for the life of me cannot remember what I set the username to and I can't see a way to request a reminder? Could you DM me the process please? Thanks.

Hey mirDR,
At the bottom of the window that comes up when you click Sign In/Create Account there is a link marked 'Forgot Password' which will take you to a page asking for the email address you used when setting up your account.
Once you provide the address, you'll receive an email with your username and instructions for resetting your password.

The account password reset is not working I went through the reset process now 8 times, I was able to reset it, but then I get a name /password is incorrect message, so I am unable to access my account.
