Anybody had any luck getting hold of ROLI Support? My Piano arrived 2 weeks ago & I submitted a ticket about it 2 weeks ago - got an email confirmation but nothing since.

Airwave arrived yesterday & on unboxing there are no USB-C Magnetic Adapters (should be 2 apparently). There are spaces in the packaging for them but they're nowhere to be found. I've submitted another ticket but not hopeful for a reply.

Anybody else had similar experiences?
