I am trying to register Miniraze on a new machine and I keep getting a message that the registration server is not responding. Please can you address this issue?

We're not seeing any issues with the MOK server, or registration at the moment. I just tested it again from 2 global locations to be sure, but there is always a chance it is region/ISP specific? No idea.
Chris will need to check your specific details to look into it, so better to email us at " info [a] mok [dot] com ", rather than posting any personal details here.

Another option is to use the Offline Unlock feature: https://mok.com/offline_auth
In Miniraze, go to Settings -> Activate -> Offline Unlock
You'll see a MACHINE NUMBER, that is the number to enter on the Offline Activation page at: https://mok.com/offline_auth
Once you have downloaded that license you can Choose the Key File from Miniraze's Offline Unlock window, and you should be good to go.

Ok thank you for your help. The offline activation worked but I did email as you suggested with a screenshot.
