The account password reset is not working I went through the reset process now 8 times, but then I get a name/password is incorrect message.

Same issue, more details: I did not forget my password (I use a pw manager) but the site also said incorrect password. I went through the reset process nonetheless, and retried, same message: password incorrect. I'll email per above info [a] mok [dot] com, but sounds more like a system issue versus individual account issue.

If you can't connect to the registration server, but are able to login to your account at mok.com, you can create an Offline License: https://mok.com/offline_auth

In Miniraze, go to Settings -> Activate -> Offline Unlock
You'll see a MACHINE NUMBER, that is the number to enter on the Offline Activation page at: https://mok.com/offline_auth

Once you have downloaded that license you can Choose the Key File from Miniraze's Offline Unlock window, and you should be good to go.

If you are referring to the mok.com website login, be sure that you are using your "username" to login and not your email address.
