Peter Erskine - Virtually Erskine!!! Jazz Drum Library for BFD2

I had the Erskine Drum library for Akai, a few years back and it was THE best sounding jazz kit, to date.

The demos sound like the same great drum sound, but recorded using the latest process for multi-sampled drums. This is very exciting for me, but also sad, cause I don't own BFD. (I tried it several years ago, but it would not cooperate with my G4 MBP.)



In case you don't know, Peter Erskine is one of the greatest jazz drummers of this decade. He has influenced my drumming for about 15 years.

how does this work with bfd 2, do the kit pieces have pictures of the them like the usual fxpansion kits. also is the price 80 dollars?

This is an expansion pack for the BFD2/Eco system. Once installed it works the same as all of the other expansion packs. The instruments will show up in the usual places within those programs.

Many thanks, Platinum Samples have also confirmed this, they also sent me some screenshots of BFD with the PE kit loaded, price says 80, this is dollars, I was after a Jazz/Funk BFD2 kit, looks like this is it, on the 2011 wants list...
