Do They Know It’s Christmas (in Montbonnot-Saint-Martin)?

This may be the first time in a decade that Arturia doesn’t give away a new free plugin for Christmas.

I reported this to Arturia on the 19th, but I haven’t received any response yet. Is it possible that they are already on holiday?

Thanks for the free update! The only thing I want is the proper ms20 filters in pigments, it has an ms20 filter but it doesn't sound the same as the standalone filter or the one in their ms20 synth

other than the noted FL Studio closing time issue has anyone experienced other issues or bugs?

It's actually working well in my older Xeon system. (In both Ableton and Cubase, as well as Standalone and BC Patchwork.) Although for some reason, Nanohost and Savihost have stopped working at all and across all plugins after an unasked for Win10 update. But that's a different unrelated issue.

It doesn't count as a free gift because it's only free to existing owners, just like every new Pigments version has been.

Each year, Arturia has given away a new plugin, usually an effect, for Christmas. In past years we've seen the introduction of Rev PLATE-140, Chorus JUN-6, Tape MELLO-FI, Filter MS-20, and Efx REFRACT, among others.

Same with NI, remember when they gave us Replica and similar plugins as holiday presents. Those days are gone, the beancounters figured out it was bad for the bottom line.

NI did give free stuff this year.. but not a new plugin.. a Massive X bank and an izotope plugin (can't remember which one).

Maybe they run out of new plugins to offer... After all, you can't reinvent the wheel constantly...
I'm happy they gave me what they gave me, and wish them a merry christmas (and good holidays).

I would have predicted that they would make the trance gate from Pure Lo-Fi as its own plugin. A lot of their freebies so far have been things that have been based on components pulled out of their synths (the Juno Chorus, MS filter, Tape Mello, etc), so it only would make sense to pull the trance gate out into its own effect.
