so how are people actually going with Pigments 7?
the official announcement is "CPU Optimisations" but i found it sluggish and rolled back to 6.

The "play screen" animations are also killing Wine on my Linux system. When disabling them everything is much smoother...

Now they are working hard on this feature i think:
When creating a user preset, you will be able to add custom play screen animation - for this they develop a video editor screen....

I did a quick test drive and never got over 17% CPU even with a heavy chord pad. Need to explore this further. I did notice a bunch of Intel Graphics driver updates recently so maybe need to go back and test again.

Pigments 7 replaces the previous version. So selling version 6 is actually selling Pigments...

I think the animation looks cool but as I have no actual need to use the Play tab I won't ever need to see it.

Not that I saw mentioned/rumored anywhere - just that after them integrating it into other products, it seemed to me like it would be a logical progression for them to add it to their flagship product.

does anyone know if Arturia's Pigments preset packs are transferable?
If so, and anyone wants to sell Botanica Waves, The Undertaker's Tapes, Widescreen Lo-fi and/or Mellow Strings let me know. cheers

I've never seen it. I probably never will, unless I get curious to take a peek.
