It's by the guy that designed Deflemask (Leonardo Demartino) and it shares a lot of UI traits (but thankfully not that floating control menu). Honestly the coolest sampler-style mobile app I've seen so far.

There's also the recently released Squarebeat, which has AUv3 support.

Indeed, indeed. Trackers coming more mainstream it seems, and rightfully so.
Too bad Squarebeats only has an iPhone UI at this point though. I think Minimic did the right thing to go landscape only. Requires much less effort to make things work on tablets and phones and the aspect changing on Deflemask was cool but hardly worth it.
