Can't believe no love for this yet but damn is that loud. I had to turn down my volume and it was only at 3/4 pf 50%. You got a limiter on this track. I'd love to see what the span looks like. Anyway, volume level aside, some really cool synth sounds on this. Which VirSyn synth did you use? The modular?

OK, thanks for feedback... My ears are pretty much shot so hard for me to tell... 30% loss in one ear & 40 % in other plus varying 'EEEEEEE' constant sound... I'll global compress some more then reupload to same plus drop some global volume... Used very first VirSyn from 2000...wagtunes wrote: Tue Dec 23, 2025 6:34 pm Can't believe no love for this yet but damn is that loud. I had to turn down my volume and it was only at 3/4 pf 50%. Oh yes, that's very loud, probably -9 dB LUF-I? But it sounds good: The synth
sound is really lively and groovy - very nice!
The title "Crystalqugmire" is strange enough as it is: Bizarre, strange, a kind
of utopian, dangerous landscape ... In that sense, it somehow fits: the song
thus has a dreamily dramatic quality.

OK, Funny thing happened last night... I was up blowing nose then left ear 'zipped' then I could hear alot better with the higher timbre/treble coming back, so I figured I should tend to the loudness of the tune... WOW, You were all right, can't believe how loud I had it... A new render is up in the same link replacing the explosive one... Well, sorry...
