Short and to the point. I bought it, I downloaded it, I installed it but the download is missing the Instruments folder. I have contacted Fable Sounds but crickets. Is there somebody willing to give me a copy of their Instruments folder? I can prove I purchased this. I will pay you for your time. Just give me your Paypal account email.

I hate doing this but I am desperate at this point.

What was the size of the installer you downloaded?

I have done all that. The full download doesn't work for me because it says I am not elligble to upgrade because I already bought it. I just need somebody to send me their Instruments folder. I will pay them for it.

imho you should contact support and not pay anyone for something you're entitled to.

Have you allowed them some time (like two business working days outside typical Holiday season at least) to react?

Still.. nearly 10 GB of data is not something you simply attach to an email.
The vendor (and supplier) should get their act together.

The instruments folder is only a few meg. I don't need the samples. Just the nki files. Do you have them or not? If not, why are you even in this thread if you're not willing to help me?
