Can't get support on "invalid serial"

I have wiped and rebuilt my music workstation. Unify states my 32 character code is not valid ("are you sure it's the right one?")
Purchased from Sweetwater, April 2023. DLd via ILIO. I have Sweetwater receipts for Unify purchase, as well as purchased banks from pluginguru.com (in my account) directly.

EDIT: they found me. Fixed it up. Great resolution.

I had a similar issue and got good support from them last summer. They told me, "We are moving all of our 3rd party distributors licenses to our site now." The email address is/was unifysupport (at) pluginguru.com
