Does anyone else find UI blue color slightly tiring, I have to have nightshift on just to make it manageable. Would be nice to have some additional skin options.

For anyone else late to the party like me, Multipoly Native is currently on sale for $99:

I don't see anything about it on the site, but I'm sure it's tied in with NAMM somehow.
I thought I saw till Jan. 29 somewhere, but don't quote me on that.

You get it without having to buy hardware version, that's great, anyone from Yamaha here listening?

I don't think Yamaha listens to user's input.

They offer better stuff under Steinberg's brand, so who cares

I do care! Yamaha could release all their synths as plugins just like Roland and Korg.

I think Yamaha does have a plugin, only available to Montage owners, though. If they made it available for sale I would be interested. But they seem to want to keep it exclusive to Montage owners.

Anyone done any comparing of Multi/Poly to Diva for vintage type analog sounds?

They have a version for Modx M owners. The problem is like I said - their Steinberg stuff is simply more capable in synthesis options than these hardware synths and has larger factory sample library

Montage (and the plugin) isn't just a synth. It's a workstation with sampled/modeled instruments and effects.

Korg has a whole bunch of that kind of software in the Korg Collection:

Steinberg also has a lot of it in Halion and Absolute (I've got Absolute):

Multipoly is a straight up synth with very comprehensive modulation
and oscillator variety capabilities.
