I upgraded from Morph2 when Morph 3 came out but have only just got around to trying the it properly.

Using Morph 3 Pro in the "standard mode", ie not using the file player with 32 bit processing...

In Bitwig 5.3 it keeps developing blank areas in the GUI, or sometimes comes up completely blank.

In my main DAW, Cubase 15 Pro it does the same thing but also keeps crashing projects.

I'm running Morph 3 Pro 3.2.1 build 3.

PC running Windows 11, Intel I9 3200Mhz, 16 cores, 64Gb RAM.

I'll be contacting Zynaptiq but I expect they are all off to NAMM so maybe has fixed a similar issue?

Same issue for more than a whole year. I emailed Zynaptiq at least four times about it, not a single answer.

That's really unfortunate. When it was working it seemed a major step forward from Morph 2 but as it is it's basically unusable. £68 for the upgrade - I should have tested it thoroughly when I got it, but then in 20yrs of plugin purchases I've not had a single plugin do this.

Are there any options for how the GUI is rendered? Have you changed anything about your GPU (drivers etc)? I've had various things like this happen with various plugins but it has always been GPU related.

Zynaptiq should really get back to you though.

For me, it's the first time I'd used the Morph 3 so nothing had been changed. As said, the rest of the Zynaptiq plugins work fine but maybe they changed something in the new plugin so that it causes issues with my particular GPU. All other plugins and (hide my shame) I have hundreds are fine so I really hope they don't go down the "it's your problem" route.

Update on this.

Yes I have the latest graphics drivers.

Zynaptiq support's comment was that this was the kind of issue they had tried to fix in the last update, but obviously the fix hadn't worked for all systems. They were passing it over to the technical people to look at.

Since then, silence. It's been 3 weeks and I've sent a couple of reminders.

So I guess that's it.
