Unable to create MOK account

Hello, I am attempting to create a MOK account on your website so I can purchase Miniraze but I keep being told my password or user name is incorrect. I am definitely on the page to create an account and not the one to login, and I've checked and I have not previously created a MOK account. All a bit strange so I am hoping someone can help me out cheers.

Chris has been handling a few issues like this recently, and in nearly every case, it has been an issue of folks using their email address where the username is requested, whether intentionally of via a password manager auto-fill.
