OT (mebbe?) Clone one Windows 11 PC to another?

I am buying a Surface Pro (8) and wish to "clone" my existing NUC PC System drive to it.

What are the latest methods, that do not cost a fortune to get this done? Have not done this for about 12-15 years!

Preferably NOT CLI based

- Boot to the USB flash drive
- Go to Programs WinPE>BACKUP AND RESTORE>Macrium Reflect 10
