Here's a comparison between the Cherry and Roland. Confirms what I felt listening to individual demos. The Roland one has a more full and punchy sound IMO, and I'd guess more authentic. But Cherry has cool effects and more experimental potential it seems.

Anyone tell me how to drag and drop midi from this thing? Maybe it is easy but I been trying and googling for a while now and can't figure it out.
