Interesting for live stuff for sure.
I'm finding it fun to play live and record it so it could be on the cards.
Fair play Sugar-Bytes on a substantial release.
Let's hear some use of it if anyone's keen.
Cheers

IMO it feels better to map these to keys, sliders and faders rather than knobs.... the velocity pressure is easier to control ie with keys, as soon as you let go it goes back to zero.... rather than having to twist back to zero. Sliding an fading is again easier to control live than twisting. Not sure how others feel?
Let's GO Play

Tried this out with NI Maschine last night and I have to say its absolutely amazing for mashing stuff up.
I found it worked best with percussion and basslines, keeping the kicks and snares sounding natural but messing with the hats and other percussion sounds great.
Will experiment further...

Nice to see an update. I hate to sound ungrateful but they failed on their stated aims;
2. The ergonomics of the knobs are now uncomfortable to work with

1. Parts of it still look pixeledSugar Bytes wrote:The interface now renders sharp on high-resolution displays like Retina and 4K monitors. You can also adjust zoom levels to fit your preference, making everything more comfortable to view and work with.

Love Sugar Bytes stuff. Sure, but it would be cool if they were a little more active!

I will still maintain that I like the "Sugar dudes".
